How will I receive my refund or exchange?
If a defective piece is delivered, a store credit will be issued after successful verification. Customers must record a clear unboxing video for quality checks. Once approved, the resolution will be processed accordingly. Customers must reach out within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.
