RETURNS
- Return requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and free from odors, stains, damage, or alterations, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Products sent back in an unacceptable condition will not be approved for return or exchange, with no exceptions.
Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the product does not meet our return criteria, we will be unable to process the return or exchange.
FAULTY ITEMS:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 8087790551. Claims reported after this timeframe will not be accepted.
If your item develops a defect after a standard wash, provided that all wash and care instructions listed on our website were strictly followed, please contact us within 15 days of delivery via:

All such cases will be reviewed individually, and approval will be subject to our quality assessment.
STORE CREDIT & REFUNDS
- KINOH does not offer cash or original-payment-method refunds.
- All approved returns will be issued as KINOH store credit.
Store credit:
- Is valid for 180 days from the date of issue
- Can be redeemed on any future purchase
- Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns, exchanges, or store credit will not be provided for requests made after 3 days from delivery.
FREE SIZE EXCHANGES
- We offer free size exchanges within 3 days of delivery (subject to stock availability).
- Only one size exchange per order is permitted.
- Exchange requests must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
If eligible, you may choose to:
- Receive store credit, or Exchange for another product of equal value
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
EXCLUSIVE ITEMS
- Exclusive items are final sale.
- Exclusive items are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or store credit once the order is placed.
- Due to the limited nature and special pricing or availability of exclusive pieces, all purchases under this category are considered final.

PRE-ORDERS
- Pre-order items are shipped within 12–14 days from the date of order placement.

- Shipping begins only after the stated pre-order dispatch period is completed.
